8h30 am: Our guide and driver will pick you up at the hotel, and start the journey to Bat Trang Ceramic Village.
The first place on the tour is the Turntable House in Bat Trang Pottery Village. The center was built to honor the quintessence of his father's pottery craft, to connect units and artisans who make traditional handicrafts, and to display unique ceramic products for visitors to enjoy.
Each floor at the Center for Vietnamese Craftsman Village has a different function:
- The first floor is the check-in space, the exhibition areas introducing ceramic products, the units, and the typical ceramic artists of Bat Trang.
- The 2nd floor is the area to introduce groups of ceramic products and handicrafts to domestic and foreign tourists.
- The 3rd floor also has a display area for exhibits and typical products showing the history of Bat Trang craft village in the past and present.
- The 4th floor is a coffee space and an outdoor check-in point.
- The 5th floor is the place to organize events, folk art activities, and cuisine to serve visitors.
Next, we will explore the ancient village by electric car to enjoy the rustic and colorful atmosphere:
- Typical places that leave traces of ancient times here can be mentioned as the ancient house of Van Van, the communal house of Bat Trang village.
- As a wooden house more than 200 years old, Van Van's ancient house is an architectural masterpiece including ceramic motifs, blue enamel pots, dragon jars, and ceramic stamping molds,... from before the 15th century.
- Shopping for souvenirs at Bat Trang ceramic market.
2h30 pm: In the afternoon, we will explore Van Phuc Silk Village. Coming to the Silk Village, visitors can visit the following areas:
- Van Phuc Pagoda.
- Temple of the ancestor.
- Temple of Van Phuc.
- Van Phuc Silk Conservation Center.
- Center for ornamental creatures, antique street.
- The memorial house of President Ho Chi Minh.
- The colorful frescoed road in front of the communal houseyard.
Traveling to Van Phuc Silk Village will bring you an interesting experience. You will combine sightseeing with shopping for souvenirs.
