Booking Cancellations
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the departure date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 15-30 days prior to the departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the departure date are non-refundable.
Change of Travel Dates
Changes to travel dates are subject to availability and must be requested at least 15 days prior to the original departure date. A change fee may apply based on the revised itinerary and availability.
Unused Services
No refunds will be provided for unused services, including accommodations, meals, tours, or other activities, once the tour has commenced.
Visa Services
For Visa on Arrival and E-visa services, the visa fee is non-refundable once the application has been processed.
Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events, Victoria Tour Company Ltd reserves the right to modify or cancel tours without prior notice. In such cases, a full refund or alternative travel arrangements will be offered.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request, minus any applicable fees.
