Welcome to Victoria Tour Company Ltd Vietnam. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any tours or services with us. By booking a tour with Victoria Tour, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Victoria Tour. Booking confirmation will be provided upon receipt of required deposit or full payment.
Payments
Payment for Victoria Tour bookings is a straightforward process design by your convenience. To secure your reservation a deposit is required. The full payment must be settled before the tour begins unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon and confirmed in writing by Victoria Tour. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other mutually agreed-upon methods, ensuring a seamless transaction experience for our valued customers.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the Client
Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation relative to the tour start date. Refunds for cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of the service providers, and Victoria Tour reserves the right to deduct any applicable fees.
Cancellation by Victoria Tour
In the event that Victoria Tour cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered alternative tour dates or a full refund of the tour price.
Travel Insurance
It is strongly recommended that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage. Victoria Tour shall not be liable for any expenses incurred as a result of inadequate travel insurance coverage.
Travel Documents
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents for entry into Vietnam and other destinations included in the tour itinerary. Victoria Tour shall not be liable for any expenses incurred due to insufficient or invalid travel documents.
Responsibility
Victoria Tour acts only as an intermediary between clients and service providers, including airlines, hotels, transportation companies, and tour guides. We shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property, including additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
Visa Services
Victoria Tour offers Visa on Arrival (VOA) and E-Visa services for clients. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and required documents for visa processing. Victoria Tour shall not be liable for any delays or denials in visa issuance due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by clients.
Amendment
Victoria Tour reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are advised to review the terms and conditions regularly for any updates or changes.
